Description
This will be the last time this cue will be offered on ebay. This auction is for a circa 2001 Schon LTD 631.  I purchased this cue in 2001 from my local pool hall pro shop, retail was $1600 plus $125 for a Predator shaft.  On Schon’s website it states Schon LTD’s are special edition cues which have been limited to editions of 12 cues since 1999.  I e-mail Schon and asked what the cue was made of and Evan Clarke of Schon Cues responded.  He said the cue was made of elephant ivory, ebony, birdseye maple, bloodwood and abalone shell.  Evan Clarke is the designer of every Schon cue.   The cue weighs about 19 oz and is 58 inches long (butt & shaft together). When rolled on the table the cue is straight, it has no dings or scratches. The cue comes with 2 shafts, the original Schon shaft that has never been used, 14mm and a Predator shaft that I used, 12mm. I used the cue for about 10 sessions then stop shooting pool.  I haven’t shot with this cue for about 2 1/2 years and it has been in the case in my closet since then. I hate to part with this cue but bills have to be paid and I figured I wouldn’t be shooting in any league anytime soon so I decided to sell it. It is a beautiful cue and it shoots great. This is great for collectors because the original Schon shaft has never been used and I never attached it to the butt. The pro shop put some kind of coating on the shaft to protect it because I told them I never plan on using the original shaft. The joint protectors also come with the cue. FREE SHIPPING that is including insurance and tracking number. Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you for looking.
