The interior of the kayak has layed in fiberglass for durability and strength and the outside is hand coated with fiberglass epoxy - heavily coated. The wood on this boat will never discolor or rot as the boat is completely sealed. I just put in the new seat so shes ready to go. This kayak is about 15 feet long and it really turns heads. I have to sell her due to the fact that I am 6'1" - 230 lbs, the spirit is willing but the flesh just wont cooperate. I will be looking for something more roomier. The kayak would be well suited for a younger person whos a bit smaller than I am. I hate to sell her but I must move to a bigger kayak. No cracks or structural issues.
