The Attack II Volleyball Machine The Attack II Volleyball Machine can be safely operated by any assistant coach, player, student or parent. This frees the coach to be by the receiving players to teach proper mechanics! This machine can introduce variables as desired to duplicate match conditions, challenging the players to perform in progressively more difficult circumstances. o The full range of horizontal movement for the throwing head allows the coach to deliver the ball to any location on the court, working straight on, in the seams or to an individual’s weak side to really extend a player’s range. o Full vertical movement coupled with the horizontal movement, means the coach can instantly throw the ball to any point on the court creating realistic game situations. This proven machine has been on the market for over 10 years and is used by professional women’s teams around the world as well as college and top high school teams across the country. Machine performance: Speeds range from the softest of sets to sizzling jump serves, up to 60 MPH. Quality: Platform is 16-gauge diamond plate, non-slip surface. The frame is powder-coated, rust-resistant steel tubing. Two powerful variable speed motors directly drive indestructible ball throwing wheels. Feeding and Tempo: Rapid recovery provides rapid repetition of any drill. Spin, speed and tempo can be adjusted instantly between throws. Training: The throwing head adjusts to match the entire range of ball release points, from 5’ to 8’6” (over the women’s net). This machine can be quickly lowered for setting heights or easily raised to over-the-net serving and spiking heights. Sets: Rapid reps with varying intervals will meet the requirements of any setting drill. Accurate and consistent soft sets with no spin are provided at any angle and height.
