Collins, CO See more about 'Volkl Katana Powder skis 190cm' Description 2008 Volkl Katana's up for Auction.  This is Volkl's rippin top of the line Freeride/ Powder ski.  No change but the top sheet graphic for 2009, you can get into these for cheap.  190cm Long. (141-111-131mm) These ski's come mounted up with the famed Marker Duke AT binding!  (Size large 305mm-370mm boot sole length)  A new binding last year, they really did live up to all the hype!  Although a little on the heavy end, these things are super bomber with a din rating from 6-16.  Check out reviews for the skis AND bindings in any of this years buyers guides and you can see this is the ultimate setup! I skied these on Vail Pass last year a good bit, but definitly charged inbounds as well.  Powder specific but handle suprisingly well on piste.  There are a couple of core shots to the base, but they were prefessionally repaired and show no sign of popping out.  Top sheet is in good shape as well, with many more seasons of life left in these boards.  Feel free to email me with other questions or additional pics!  Thanks for looking!!!
