Vintage 1970s Arctic Cat Snowmobile Helmet Start Price USD 0.99 Current Price USD 132.50 Time Left - Bid Count 18 Buy It Now Price - Reserve Price - Start Time Tuesday, September 02, 2008 End Time Tuesday, September 09, 2008 Location Baxter, MN See more about 'Vintage 1970s Arctic Cat Snowmobile Helmet' Description This was My Dads Snowmobile Helmet from the early 70s that he wore while riding a 1973 Arctic Cat Panter.  This particular helmet is the best one that I have out of 5 that I have been selling.  It is Bright Gold Metal Flake with the Arctic Cat Logos on either side.  The Shield is in average to poor condition but can easily be replaced with a new one as it is a standard snap on open face helmet.  The outside of the helmet is in Good to excelent condition with only minor scratches on the helment and the stickers.  The inner liner is in good to excellent shap also (see photo).  The straps used to lock on to ones head are also in good shape and work perfectly.  This helment is able to fit on my head snuggly and I typically where a XXL modern helment.  My best guess is that this is either a XL or XXL size. Should fit any average size to larger size persons head. Once this Item has sold I will be placing other vintage helments on ebay also, so save me as a favorite for future auctions.
