I placed the scooter battery on my boat at the dock to charge the scooter battery. When I returned someone had stolen the battery, but they left the charger? A new battery can be purchased online for approximately $200.  Anyway, after the battery was stolen I determined that I am  too closterphobic and would not enjoy being underwater from long periods of time. This item is NEW with charger, owners manual, and CD with operation instructions. Again the battery is not included.
