I have listed this several times with many questions and thought we had it sold at least 3 different times... the time is now- I have to get this out of storage and close this chapter of my life- we are motivated sellers and flexible with terms- I would consider potential trades as well. We really must sell this as we are moving 400 miles from our warehouse to go into full-time children's ministry work with Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF)- I am also willing to work with you on partially financing the lot with a good down payment- don't be afraid to make that offer!!
