The cue has one extremely minor blemish in the finish, but the wood itself is not cracked or chipped.  I would honestly rank the stock of the cue as a 9/10.  The joint is stainless steel. It has two shafts, both with Ivory Ferrells.  One shaft is 13.00mm and the other is 12.75mm.  Both have moderate use, but not chips or major dents.  I would rank the 12.75 as a 7/10 and the 13.00mm as an 8/10.
