This set includes the pads you need for point style and olympic style sparring. This set consists of padded sparring shoes, shin pads, elbow pads, shin + instep pads, chest protector, forearm pads, and helmet. The shoes, shin + instep pads, and elbow pads are in brand new condition and have only seen light use 1 time. All of the pads are in great condition and have been very well taken car of. I am also including a gear duffle bag to hold all of your pads. I believe these are all size 4 (L). I am 5'6" and weight about 150, and these pads fit me great.
