CoachDeck Soccer is designed by Guy Newman. Guy began his playing career in 1977, winning a National Championship with the Los Angeles Macabee. He then went on to play with the Tampa Bay Rowdies and Ft. Lauderdale Strikers of the North American Soccer League. In 1980 he was a member of the US Olympic Team and then finished his illustrious career as a player with the San Diego Sockers of the NASL and MISL, winning five Indoor Championships and three Outdoor Division titles. Guy began coaching in 1985, leading the Sockers to an Indoor National Championship and continued his pro coaching career winning another National Championship with the expansion Las Vegas Dustdevils, before coaching the Kansas City Wizards. For the past seven years, Guy has focused on youth soccer and is a USSF "A" licensed coach.
