Never worn, never pinned, etc.  Extra set I had from years past. I assume eveyone knows by now that the T3's are geared more toward backcountry touring... they're lower, lighter, and a bit more flexible than the T2, T1, etc.  I find them to be a very nice boot for my foot type, which leads us into a discussion regarding Scarpa sizing: Scarpa size is listed in UK measurements, thus this boot is a UK 13.  Technically it's a yankee 14, though read on... These are Italian lasted inners, thus... they're generally narrower than German or Yankee lasted boots.  So, if you wear a 48-ish hard alpine climbing boot, these will probably work for you. I generally wear a Lowa or Vasque hard mountaineering boot and found what Scarpa considered to be a US 13 size far too small in the toebox length and narrow across the ball of the foot.  once you stick a Superfeet winter bed (or other orthotic device) in these, they come out to fit perfectly and flex naturally.  The stock scarpa footbed is entirely worthless, so plan on needing an aftermarket footbed anyhow.
