This image by Duke Boyd was also featured on the cover of Surfing Illustrated Magazine (Volume 3, No. 2). This poster is in fair to good condition, about 65 percent of mint. Some foxing in border area as shown in scan. Some chipping and small tears along border, particularly at top edge. Tape marks and tack holes in all four corners as shown in scan. Two tears at top right, one about 2 1/2 inches long and one about 2 inches long. Plenty of bumps and bruises but still an image well worth preserving. Very few of the these posters have survived nearly 45 years. Measures approximately 24 1/2 inches wide by 22 1/2 inches tall. Guaranteed original and authentic. From the Lee Smith Collection.
