I don't know whether this is a lacrosse bag or a field hockey bag. The dimensions are about 20" tall by 14" wide (not including the pouches). It has a hard rubber handle at the top to hold on to it. It has adjustable backpack straps, There are 2 loops on the side to hold a stick. On the sides of the exterior it has an open top mesh pouch and 2 zippered pouches. On the front it has a small zippered pouch on top of a larger zippered pouch. Inside there are 2 more zippered pouches. This bag is in excellent condition with NO signs of wear at all.
