Description
This is a non-smoking rental house for Monday Sept 15 through Monday September 22 for the 2008 Ryder Cup at Valhalla in Louisville, KY. 8 days/7 nights. If you need it for a longer period, just contact me at webb.m@insightbb.com This is our personal house that we are willing to rent for the week. Our house is located approx. 5 miles from Valhalla and is a short 15 minute drive from the course and parking. This is a non-smoking home. No smoking will be allowed. Smoking will be subject to forfeit of the full damage & loss deposit. No exceptions. Our house is located on the 5th hole of Indian Springs GC. The house has a full deck across the rear of the house overlooking the fairway and 5th green. Westport Rd & Snyder Freeway on Vista Greens Drive. A great place to relax and talk about the days events at the Ryder Cup matches. We'll include daily maid service with the house and all linens & towels. The house has a full kitchen, basement with washer/dryer, 2 car garage, dining room, living room, master bedroom downstairs with full bath, a half bath downstairs, and upstairs with 2 bedrooms, full bath, & full rec room with big screen TV. It's the perfect house to entertain corporate guests, host your family during the Ryder Cup, or for one of the Ryder Cup participants or officials. There is a queen bed in master bedroom, a double in one upstairs and a single in the other. We'll be glad to arrange for other beds if needed. You could house 3 couples and maybe an extra person or two in the rec room. If transportation to/from Valhalla daily is needed, that can also be arranged at additional cost. Again - just contact me at webb.m@insightbb.com We can also arrange for a cook/chef and meals, too. Just let me know and I'll get you a cost. We want to help make your stay in our town during the Ryder Cup as enjoyable as possible. Full payment is due within 14 days of end of eBay listing. Full refund will be given for any reason on or before July 15, 2008. A 50% refund for any reason will be given between July 16 and August 15, 2008. After August 15, 2008 no refunds will be given for any reason. NOTE: The $21,999 price includes a refundable $2,000 damage & loss deposit. Upon successful walk-through and inspection on Monday September 22, the $2,000 will be refunded, less any damage or losses identified during the walk-through with you or your authorized representative. Therefore, the $2,000 is fully refundable should you cancel at any time. The refund policy noted in previous paragraph (above) and dates applies only to the $19,999 amount for rental, not the damage and loss deposit. Basically, if you have to cancel and cannot occupy our house for the Ryder Cup, your $2,000 damage & loss deposit is refundable ! We're an honest family that loves golf. We have a teenage son with a single digit golf handicap, and a 21 year old son in Professional Golf Management who passed the PAT and the Level One Checkpoint, with a 2 handicap. The rec room is decorated with much golf memorabilia from The Masters and from courses across the country. We love golf and will enjoy hosting you or your group for the 2008 Ryder Cup in our hometown of Louisville KY.
