It is a fantastic piece of equipment that is less than 2 years old, is in perfect condition and comes with the full warranty. I kept this equipment in my home and was the only user. People often comment on how fit I look and how much I must be working out. I'm almost reluctant to tell them that I don't really work out that much - people almost can't believe that a machine could give you such good results in only 4 minutes a day. Trust me - the workouts are hard, but they feel really good, as you are working your muscles but also stretching during the workout. I have had some back problems in the past and this machine has helped me work though them. The leg workout is unbelievable and you will notice a change in the shape of your legs - I loved that. The first month I had the ROM, my metabolism skyrocketed - I was hungry & eating all the time but was getting leaner. I had high expectations when I bought the machine as I had done a ton of research on it and had read every single article on the fastexercise website - but my expectations were exceeded. I really cannot say enough about this machine. I run my own company and wasn't finding enough time to go to the gym. The ROM got me back in great shape and anybody can fit 4 minutes into their schedule. I am selling this because I am moving 3 times within the next year.
