Ideal for lifeguard patrol and ‘One Victim–One Guard’ Rescue.  This item is used and is scuffed  (The photos make the scuffs look worse than they are and the white spot is a reflection).  The velcro still works+/- but probably will need to be replaced.  When pushed towards a struggling swimmer it gives them an easy handhold and makes them less likely to grab for the lifeguard.
