VERY LOW HOURS!!!    BOAT HAS GREAT OPTIONS LIKE STANDARD HORIZON ELECTRONICS PACKAGE, WESTERBEKE 5KW GENERATOR, RADAR ARCH, AIR CONDITIOINING, BLUE HULL COLOR, ENCLOSURES AND TV/DVD.    This is a great looking cruiser and it has room for the whole family. CROWNLINE makes one of the best cruisers in the market.  Everything on this boat from the swim ladder to the exterior cushions are made with the best quality materials. Engine compartment is very easy to work with. Very Spacious.You can access to every pump or switch if you need to service something. The fprward seating groups turns over creating a casual seating for lunch and dinner parties. Rear seating also has a flip down feature creating a large sunpad area in teh back. No other cruiser in the market can offer such innovations on a cruiser boat thi size.    This boat was used very lightly. Everything looks good. Interior looks new. Generator was used only for 9 hours. There are some docking marks on the hull on the starboard side, but nothing major (See Photos ).  Interior cushions, head and all appliances look very good. Cherry wood cabinets are in brand new shape and all compartments are spotless. There are outlets inside and outside of the boat for any electronic appliance (your cellphone or laptop computer etc). You can use them either with shore power or generator. Bottom is not painted and it shines like new.  The windshield viper does not work.   Boat has a very nice size swim platform and stern door for easy access. Outside cockpit area looks great with the carpet. Boat is very spacious. There is a lot of headroom in the cabin and also in the cockpit area. Bimini top is very high and extends all the way back to the transom. Dash panel is great and easy to use. Oversized color gps is a highly expensive option. The leather and wood steering wheel looks incredible. This boat has everything that a 27 cruiser can offer. Its also very stable on the water.
