All shipment fees (USA & International) include all duties and brokerage fees. This is a huge savings to our customers! We ship orders promptly, usually the same day the order is placed or the auction ends via UPS. Tracking numbers are available within anywhere between 1 and 48 hours after your order is shipped.   TAXES MN residents are required to pay 6.9% sales tax.   EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS We accept exchanges on all unused items within 7 days of the end of the auction. All returns must be phoned in to acquire an RA number, which must be clearly shown on the outside of the package upon return. All refunds carry a 5% re-stocking fee.   PAYMENT   The Goalcrease requires payment within 3 days (72 hours) after the auction ends or the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.
