Description
Brand new, never been used, still with the protective wrapper on.  Prince 2007/2008 O3 Hybrid Ultra Lite Triple Threat squash racquet.  Silver/Gold/Black coloration.  This is the lightest racquet in Prince's new line--just 135 grams unstrung.  If you are looking for incredible touch and feel it doesn't get any better than this.  This racquet is primarily geared toward intermediate and advanced players.  It is loaded with technology to improve your game and is the evolution of what is possible in a squash racquet.  Here is why you should consider this racquet---You may have heard about the whole O-series-- Essentially, the racquet is made with 4 large O-shaped rings in the frame--it makes the racquet more aerodynamic and it can cut through the air with less resistance.  Less resistance means more racquet speed and THAT is the big deal--more power and velocity!  You have to try it to believe it.  More than that,  this racquet uses Prince's Triple Threat technology--it is the hot thing in Prince's top of the line tennis racquets and now it is in squash racquets as well.  Triple Threat with Tungsten places titanium, tungsten, and carbon in critical racquet locations to create a phenomenally stable racquet design is created, with a huge sweetspot for more power and precision than ever. It optimizes the weight distribution for perfect balance and maximum stability while enlarging the sweet spot.  So--you get light, strong, and responsive all at the same time--that's the big deal.  The racquet head is in a teardrop shape with a twist--instead of perpendicular stringing, the strings are set in a power fan.   The strings on the vertical axis all fan out from a concentrated Power Ring area--that fanning allows longer stringing to be used with a more concentrated central area where the majority of your shots are struck--MORE POWER, LARGER SWEETSPOT.   All told, the enlarged sweetspot, particularly at the top of the racquet is ideal for dealing with an opponent who is feeding you balls that leave you glued to the wall or stuck in the corner. This is the latest, greatest thing in stringing technology and becoming the standard in high-end racquets. This is an extremely light racquet at 135 grams--there is no other racquet in the entire Prince line that is lighter.  While lighter isn't necessarily better and different players can intelligently choice heavier racquets, if you are the kind of player who demands super accuracy, touch, and feel and likes a headlight racquet, this may be the one for you.  While heavier racquets can often pack a powerful punch, the increase in swing speed in a racquet like this can help provide outstanding power as well.  Many experienced players believe that lighter racquets fatigue you less and enable you to outlast you opponent in long matches.  In summary, the overall accuracy and power make it an unbeatable combination for the right player.  This racquet features a small to mid-sized head.  At 70 square inches (450 square cm) it is fairly typical and familiar size and allows for an optimal balance of racquet speed, balance, and accuracy. However, the engineering behind it creates a larger sweetspot in a slightly smaller sized head giving you a greater margin of error.  That is crucially important against a highly skilled opponent.  Beginners tend to strike the ball a bit inconsistently and it generally is true that more experienced players have a bit less variability in where they strike the ball.  It stands to reason that players with some experience would stand to benefit more from a racquet with this characteristic.  The larger margin of error comes into to play not so much when you have adequate time to set up for and make a nice return but rather when you are under pressure, off-balance, in an awkward stance, pressed for time--a better racquet gives you an edge under conditions like this.  Against a skilled player, they are trying their best to put you in such a position all the time.  The racquet comes pre-strung with Prince's top of the line synthetic stringing--Super Syn Gut 17.  Finally, the racquet is equipped with a protective absorbent, lightweight, low-friction plastic covering on the exterior, particularly around the topmost part of the racquet.  They call it the Wall Glider (I wonder if it glides off heads...)  After you've broken your first few racquets scraping returns from tight rail shots or digging a well-placed ball out of the corner, you'll appreciate this little feature.  Also included is a full-length racquet cover--reasonably important to protect your racquet from damage or premature aging. We are offering this racquet at a super-low price with no reserve.  We are proud to be experienced PowerSellers with a 100% positive feedback rating--how many sellers can say that?  We also ship immediately upon payment and are glad to ship internationally anywhere in the world.  I am an experienced squash player myself and would be glad to answer any questions you may have.  Good luck!!!
