All new items will ship within 5 business days of payment confirmation.   Warranty   All equipment comes with a 30 day parts and labor warranty unless stated otherwise.  The warranty does not include any heart rate feature.   Pick Ups   Items should not be picked up until customer has received prior notification, either by phone or e-mail that the item is ready. All pick ups must be pre-scheduled between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller, all items are to be picked up within 45 days of close of auction or be subject to a storage fee of $50.00 per month.   Shipping and Delivery                         Shipping time for used equipment is 2 weeks after payment is received.   Shipping arrangements can be made for all 50 states and Canada. International purchases require stateside shipping address, and buyer is responsible for arranging any overseas delivery. Direct Fitness Solutions’ local delivery area includes Illinois and the surrounding states. All DFS customers will receive tracking and contact information within 24-hours of their item(s) being shipped so delivery schedules can be coordinated. Customers should be aware that all shipments are curbside with lift gate only. Picking up at local freight terminal does not result in a lesser delivery charge. DFS customers are encouraged to inquire if they wish to coordinate with shipping company directly prior to drop off. Unless noted as “new” most items are shipped from DFS fully assembled, wrapped in cardboard, strapped to wood pallets and wrapped again in plastic stretch wrap. Freight costs include the packaging fee and are determined by the volume of the shipment. Freight with obvious damage to the product should be refused and not accepted. Keep in mind, some items are no longer in production and parts may no longer be available to replace. Customers are welcome to facilitate and supply their own carrier services but handling and packaging fees of $50.00 will be assessed and charged to customer prior to release of items. Items that are delivered by DFS are brought into the home fully assembled unless logistics dictate otherwise. Delivery dates are scheduled weekdays based on mutual availability and convenience.   Taxes   All customers picking up or receiving items purchased from DFS in Illinois are subject to local sales tax of 8%. All Wisconsin residents purchasing and receiving items from DFS are subject to local Wisconsin sales tax of 5.6%. Indiana residents purchasing from DFS are subject to local Indiana sales tax rate of 7%. Michigan residents purchasing from DFS are subject to local Michigan sales tax rate of 6%.   Rights of Buyer and Seller   By placing a bid on this item you are entering into a legally binding contract to purchase the above-described item.
