It is pre-owned but has never been used, so it’s still clean and 100% undamaged. The bridle shows almost no traces of either dirt or wear and is undamaged. This parachute has a Pulled Down Apex (PDA) design for a lightning-fast opening-time and a slow descent rate. Manufactured by Free Flight Enterprises (FFE), and sold by Wills Wing, this parachute would cost almost $500 if purchased new today. Best if used by a pilot weighing 175 lbs. or less. It comes complete with: rapid-opening deployment bag with integral deployment handle and pins hang gliding bridle, may be modified/shortened for paragliding use This reserve parachute is ready to be properly installed into the parachute container that’s built into your hang gliding harness…or, you can add a separate parachute container (not included) and use this parachute with just about any other harness. It’s often been said that reserve parachutes are good for twenty to thirty years if well cared for. Keep your parachute clean and dry, store it where it won’t be exposed to high humidity or extreme heat, and inspect & re-pack it every 6 to 12 months.
