The smallest hold of the set can be stood on with a running shoe. The photos are of the exact shapes to be shipped though color will vary. All of the necessary steel bolts and 50 t-nuts are included. Bolts can be upgraded to stainless steel for $23.50. Simply type in $23.500 to the shipping insurance column on check out and leave us a note in the message box.
