Our karts are shipped on a freight trucking line to limit the amount of shipping damage. Should any shipping damage occur however, please make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery slip before you sign. We can send any parts needed. This warranty does not cover any standard wearable parts or parts damaged from accidents or abuse. If a part needs to be replaced under warranty, it is the buyer's responsibility to ship the defective part back for replacement. We will cover the shipping charges for the replacement part, but not for defective part return. Labor costs to fix any problems are also not included in this warranty.
