TECHNOLOGY: TOUGH BOX: is constructed by wrapping the POWER CONSTRUCTION wood core with layers of fibreglass strands. Made up of numerous 4 X 4 wraps, and oriented at different angles the TOUGH BOX increases the strength of the connection between ski binding and ski ARMED EDGE: Völkl's proprietary edge anchor system offers an enhanced cosmetic look along with greater strength. The edges on all freeskiing models are built with Völkl logos as their anchors. The logos are lardger than the traditional edge anchor, and offer resistance to breakage and pull-out. MULTI LAYER WOOD CORE: Technology is made up of two wood cores: a denser and more powerful core in the binding mounting area and running along the ski's top layer; and a lighter wood core as a lower layer.
