NORTH FACE AUTHENTICITY AND WARRANTY ISSUES: If you are looking at a North Face item from me, understand that it is genuine and authentic. I realize there is a tremendous amount of north face gear on ebay that is bogus, but mine is not and I won't respond to emails asking me if I will guarantee the authenticity. I am doing it here. As for warranties, north face sells its items both with and without the lifetime warranty. This has no bearing at all on whether or not the item is genuine. If an item is advertised as coming with the warranty, make sure you see a copy of the inner label that says “the north face” and verify that none of the letters are blocked out. FEEDBACK: My general policy is that the transaction is not complete until you have received the item and indicated you are happy with it. This generally results in leaving feedback after it has been left for me. This has worked fine for me so far and is a common policy among sellers.
