The outer material is called Toray and it is waterproof and breathable with wicking properties.  The jacket is insulated with Thermalite.  It also has very elegant crystal accents on the pockets,arms and sides and inside there are two pockets, one with a bronze cell phone emblem for the obvious.  This jacket is beautiful and designed for comfort.
