The surface patches are scuffed up and the front edges have a few nicks from handling but these wheels have never been used. There is some yellowing/discoloration around the front edges of the wheels, (this is common with these wheels), otherwise they are nearly perfect.IMPORTANT NOTE: The wheels are NOS but they are darker than they appear in the pics. I tried several times with and without the flash but they always come out brighter in pics. I will accept checks and money orders but please try to get them in the mail within 48 hours of the auction end. An email letting me know when to expect payment is always nice as well. If I do not receive payment or some kind of communication regarding payment within ten (10) days of an auction ending, I will assume you no longer want the item and I will relist it and leave feedback accordingly. No exceptions. If your payment shows up in the mail on the 11th day and you've not communicated with me, your payment will be returned. Combining Shipping: I will gladly combine shipping on items won within 72 hours of each other. If auctions end more than 72 hours apart full shipping charges apply. No exceptions. Priority Mail: I only use USPS Priority Mail so don't bother asking for something else. It is fast, reliable, and shipping confirmation is free. It's a little more expensive but it is worth the cost in my opinion, (the actual cost is typically more than I charge by the way). I do my best to have items to the PO within 48 hours of the auction ending. Most items are delivered within 3 to 4 days of receipt of payment. If it's not worth the additional expense to you to receive an item in a timely and reliable fashion then don't bid on my items. Think about that the next time you wait a month for that Parcel Post package lost out in USPS purgatory. International Shipping: I do NOT ship internationally.
