I was walking with some jogging thrown in after knee injuries last fall--trying to get my jogging time built back up. I usually walk an hour everyday, and try to do running intervals to get my heart rate going, but my knee sometimes bothers me. So I was SO excited to see that I got the same rate just by using the poles and for the whole hour!!!!
