This is the very top of the line Nordic Track! Check out all the nice features that come with this fine machine. * It plugs into an outlet instead of battery power. It also has several pre-programmed tracks for a better workout. * Can use the adjustable tension pull ropes or stationary hand grips. You can also rest your arms on the long padded rests. * Comes with large, easy to read, digital command Performance monitor, to check Time, Speed, Pulse, Effort, Distance, and calories. It is hard to see but in the upper right window, it shows effort. Both for arm and legs. It is actually the resistance in digital format.     - * There is a wide Program screen with 8 optional tracks. Either Manual or 5 Pre-programmed and 2 extra (Random and Race). The per-programmed options control the resistance of the skis. * The ski resistance knob is within easy reach and can be adjusted 'on the fly'. The adjuster knob allows you to finely tune the resistance. * You can see where you are on the course as the resistance raises and lowers. If in manual mode and you change the resistance it will also show your course on the screen. * There is a green unit that plugs into the bottom of the monitor, as shown above. It has a circuit board in it and am not sure what it is for. I saw a similar one on ebay that had the pulse wire plugged into it. There is NO Pulse wire connector on this green unit and NO pulse wire either.     * The Upper end can extend to fit taller users. * Front adjustable incline make for a better workout. * Looks Great! *Folds up to store. Wheels make it easy to move.
