Participating in or preparing for racing or other competitive activity; d. Alteration or removal activity; 3. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential costs or expenses such as haul-out, launch, towing transport and storage charges; telephone or rental charges of any type, inconvenience, or loss of time of income; or other consequential damages. 4.
