This dress is made of lucious dark green velvet.  It is a five piece set, complete with a dress, hat, removable vest, and stirrup boots.  The dress does not have an attached panty, so you would have to wear a leotard or skating brief underneath the dress.  The hem is a zig zag and right above that is a white stripe trimmed in gold.  The vest ties in the front with two white pom poms.  The hat is trimmed in white and gold with a white pom pom.  The stirrup boots have velcro at the bottom to fasten around the skate boot.  Very cute on!!! MEASUREMENTS:   Bust:  31-32 Length of the dress:  31 1/2"   Note:  no girth measurement since there is no attached panty.   This dress is an AS (Adult Small).  Please ask questions before you bid!  If you aren't sure about a size, please ask or buy the larger size.
