Where do you ship?We ship only within the continental U.S.  We are not able to ship to Canada, Hawaii, Mexico, or Alaska. Can I pick up my item?No, we are not able to permit pickups due to government regulations that restrict non-employee access to manufacturing facilities. Can I choose how my pool ships?No.  We have long-term contracts with freight carriers that enable us to pass on low shipping rates to you.  Pools cannot be shipped via UPS or FedEx. How much time do I have to make payment arrangements with you?You must contact us with payment arrangements within three (3) business days of receiving your winning bid email.
