If you buy skates and the boots are molded, scuffed, or worn for more than a "try-on" or the wheels have been moved on a floor, we cannot re-sell the item.    This determination will be made by us upon receipt of the returned item.    2) The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to send the product back to us.  The buyer must provide us with a tracking number.  Please pack the item you are returning carefully.  Damages during shipping caused by poor packaging may delay or void your refund.   3) There will be a 30% restocking fee charged for any and all returns unless we shipped the wrong item. We do refund shipping fees if we have shipped you the wrong item.  We do not refund shipping fees on returns or exchanges. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product.  All of our items are shipped with tracking to determine the date the item was originally delivered. If you have received an item that you would like to return, you must contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of delivery for an authorization to return.    4) Any insurance claims for damages of product(s) during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.  The buyer must file any and all insurance claims to recoup money.  We will, of course, be happy to help in the resolution of any insurance claim, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for the completion of the claim.
