I took 2 wheels out of the package to use on my waveboard. ALL these wheels are Brand New. I never took the other 6 wheels out of the package. As you can see, these wheels retail for about $30.00. These wheels include the bearings as well and they are well lubricated. These are normal wheels that can be used for either rollerblades, the waveboard, ripstick skateboard or any of the other skateboards that take these type of wheels.
