This is a beautiful brand new styled Icings dress with a delicately shirred front. (I did not have my dress form with me, so I included a picture of the style in the light blue so that you could see how the shirring looks when worn.) The bodice is made of red stretch net over red lycra.. The bodice is lined in the front  with soft white cotton lycra. The back of the dress is scooped a bit lower than the front. I'm pretty sure that a bra can be worn with this dress with no trouble. The skirt is double layered, red on red, a-line, cut up at the sides, and ruffled.  The entire dress has #16 Swarovski red rhinestones scattered through the red net.  There is a greater concentration of the rhinestones where the shirring meets the left side of the dress. A matching skrunchie is included. This is a great dress for many skating events.  A very pretty dress in  a very attractive color.  It is elegant and sparkly "as is," but can be further decorated to become an even more beautiful competition dress.
