This is a really sharp looking dress. It is made of a blue textured fabric at the bodice and navy lycra for the rest of the dress. The bodice is lined in the front, and the fabric is great for additional "privacy."  The skirt is A-line, cut up at the sides, and hemmed.  A matching skrunchie is included. This is a great dress for many skating events -  exhibitions, tests, special practice sessions.  A very pretty dress in  really neat colors.  I think that it can decorated to be converted into a great competition dress.  Always remember: IT'S ALL ABOUT THE QUALITY!!!
