This HUTSON  Long Board is a rare find and will make a ‘killer’ addition to anyone’s collection! **This is a RARE "Hutson"  longboard surfboard made in the 1960's. Please let me know if you know anyone else who has a 1960's board made by Hutson. **It is for sale in "as is" condition. This board hasn't seen the ocean since 1960's and was used as a decoration for the past 44 years or so. While it is not perfect it looks pretty good for a board that's at least 40 yrs old. If it is not purchased via Buy it Now or I don’t receive a reasonable offer then back to the Garage it goes….what’s another 15 years?... don’t be shy….there aren’t many of these around.   Here is a little history on the shop that sold our family this board; Hutson Surf and Skate  Local (850) 429-02321717 N T StPensacola, FL 32505  Janet Celia Waters was born in Burgaw, North Carolina, in 1955. Shethen lived in Richmond Hill, Georgia, until she was six years old. Herparents purchased Hutson Hardware and opened up Hutson Surf and Skatein Pensacola, Florida. In 1973, Janet took over running the surf shop and less than 100 boards were made.She attended Liberty Bible College, also in Pensacola. She receivedtwo educations at the same time. She believes life is an ongoingprocess and that failure is just as important as success. Her chiefinterests include sewing, piano, writing, listening to music, cats anddogs, talking to people, and running her shop. Janet wrote a book called John Lennons girl. The book was about her relationship with John Lennon and needless to say any board from their shop would not only be rare but also a piece of history. There were also other shapers who made Hutson boards before Janet took over the shop.
