Cedar strip construction, built circa 1976, this classic, turn of the century design, is a beautiful, great performing boat. Complete with cane seats and 7.5 foot hickory oars with 2 sets of brass oar locks. I have put a fresh coat of varnish on her this year. It sustained minor bottom damage about 15 yrs ago when I hit a rock on a pond in the Adirondacks, cracking the fiberglass shell, but the wood was not damaged.
