Sherman These beautiful double-matted prints, 16 "  x  20",  are ready for easy framing. No expensive custom framing is neccessary (unless you prefer) as framing and crafts stores carry a wide variety of 16"  x  20" frames. Each double-matted, numbered, signed, limited edition print comes with a registered certificate. This series of Giclee prints are professionally produced and printed from originals painted by noted South Florida artist Gregory S. Sherman. His  style is very detailed with highly realistic rendentions of some of the world's most famous golf settings and holes. The original of his AUGUSTA NATIONAL, Number 13 sold for $ 3, 500.00. Each Giclee print uses state of the art technology in creating a "like original" by first digitally scanning from the original. Before the prints are printed, a final proof is personally approved by the artist, Gregory S. Sherman. These Giclee  prints have been tested in direct sunlight and their durability exceeds that of the fade resistent lithographs. This series is printed on museum    quality Roland   matte paper. ABOUT  THE  ARTIST Until a back injury in 1997, Mr. Sherman was a USGA registered 5 handicap. He is currently in his tenth year of coaching high school golf at Cardinal Newman HS in West Palm Beach, Florida. His six years of coaching the varsity team have produced five consecutive conference and five consecutive District Championship teams. His teams have advanced to the State Finals three times in the past six years: 2002, 14th out of 16; 2003, 5th out of 16; 2004, 2nd out of 16. Mr. Sherman has been juried into four prestigious art  leagues and guilds in South Florida. He has particpated  extensively in both "open" and juried exhibitions. He has shown in the past two years' Palm Beach Armory Art Gallery's annual show. For the past three years, he has studied under natrionally recognized art instructor, Martha Myers. PREVIOUS EBAY SELLING HISTORY From 1999 through 2002, Mr. Sherman sold more than 700 of his matted, numbered, signed, limited edition golf prints of a previous series of his original golf landscapes with a 99% approval rating by eBay customers. Because of long-term illnesses of both of his parents requiring much of his time and attention, Mr. Sherman had to suspend his eBay activities in 2003. But he is now back on eBay with great enthusiasm and a new series of prints.
