The V-38 offers a 38" t-bar Vs the standard 28" that comes on the Stealth.  This gives you an extra 10" to fly above the water and can contribute to bigger air since you have more t-bar to dip before the jump.  The front wing is also bigger than the Stealth which allows for more "pop" out of the water on jumps.  A very nice riding foil assembly for intermediate to advanced riders.  We've also found that beginners have an easier time getting out of the water on the V-38 when learning.   The foil assembly is in great shape.  There is one small nick out of the rear wing where the rope hit it.  It was lightly sanded to remove the rough edge and doesn't impact performance at all.  I've been riding it this way for the past year with no issues.  I've included a close-up picture.
