This 47 foot, 1970 Concord cabin cruiser has a 16' beam and sleeps 6 in 3 cabins plus a single bunk cabin forward presently converted to a work shop but easly converted back. Twin GM 871-N diesel engines, one just rebuit and the other surveyed and considered in excelent condition. Fuel consumption at cruising speed is +/- 10 GPH.  Two heads with shower and electric toilets. Reverse cycle A/C and Espar heat throughout. Everything on board is in working condition.
