This boat was professionally maintained with an open checkbook. The reason I am selling it is because I bought a larger boat. This boat is great for anchoring out with a windlass, generator and dinghy. The windlass can be controlled from the bow or at the helm. The generator can run all of the boats systems and burns less than a gallon of gas an hour. The dinghy has a 9.9 hp outboard which will make it easy to get to shore or explore around you. The boat is located in downtown Philadelphia PA next to Dave and Buster's restaurant. Financing, insurance and documentation is available through Boat US (www.boatus.com). You can also find a boat surveyor through Boat US. You should not buy any boat of this size without a professional survey! Boat is being sold AS IS with no warranty. $500 deposit due 24 hours after sale close. Cash or cashier's check are acceptable. Balance due after you receive an acceptable survey from a surveyor of your choice. If the survey is not acceptable to you, send me a copy and I will refund your $500 deposit. If you do not get a survey, the $500 deposit in not refundable. You must pick up in Philadelphia PA unless other delivery location is agreed to in advance of the sale.
