The quality of this boat is remarkable and turns heads and receives compliments non stop. It was originally made for a customer that paid the deposit, and gave the specifications, but his plans fell through. Its pretty much brand new, It's only been in the water twice, due to all the hard work, sweat, and tears that were put into it, I couldn't just let it sit there, and had to take it out. The boat didnt have one drip of water inside after a 4 hour cruise, bone dry.  The weight of this Kayak is roughly 38 lbs, which makes it extremely easy to carry over your shoulder, or move it from place to place. It has custom painted stripes painted in 3 different metallic tones, which make it stand out when when sun hits it. On top of that it has 3 coats of the highest grade Varnish, called Z-Spar 2015 Flagship Varnish, which gives it a glass like coating for UV protection and a sleek smooth glide through the water. On the deck there are two Hatches cut out, one in front, and the other in back of the cockpit, designed 1. for safety, and 2. for storage units. They rest on a foam lip that is pressed down by the nylon straps to give it a water tight seal. This Kayak is also rigged with 2 elastic shock chord setups which give you more room for storage, used for fastening your paddle to the boat while you're not using it, personal items, and a fishing pole as well. These are located also in front and behind the cockpit. The seat isn't your typical air inflated pad, its a form fitting black foam seat that has hip supports for control. The back of the seat is a adjustable foam pad that can be set to your liking with a metal clasp. There are also adjustable foot pedals located on the inside of the kayak on the sides to give you more control and comfort for your ride. I'm 6'1'' 190lbs, and a shoe size of 12, and I fit more than comfortable in this kayak. It is good for a beginner or an expert, either way you have an extremely high quality boat that not one other person out there has. Its truly a one of a kind with its look.
