I started in the car business in 1989 and have been selling motorhomes since 2002.  I am a "straight shooter" and I do my very best to point out anything negative that I find in something that I list.  Check my feedback and you will see that most of the people who see the unit they won feel it is in much better condition than I described it to be.  That is my goal.  I would rather make something sound worse than it is and have a very happy customer than play games and have an unhappy customer.   There is nothing to gain by hiding problems.  As they say "honesty is the best policy"; however, I am human and I can make a mistake.  There is a lot to check and test on these units and I pay some of the best in the business to do this for me when I cannot do it myself.  Please realize we might overlook a small defect and bid accordingly.  The few past oversights have been minor, such as a basement compartment latch that sticks, or a window latch that does not lock.  No worries, if you win the unit I will personally pick you up at the airport and take you to your unit.  I will then allow you to inspect your unit and I will show you how to operate what you are not familiar with.
