Javelin is a small, innovative high performance frame builder with an impressive dedication to multisport bikes and framesets. If you're on a budget and looking for something not so common at races, then the Varese, along with its Campy Veloce 10 speed drivetrain, may be your ticket.  The Varese has a 76 degree seat tube and is built from aero 7005 tubing with a carbon fork, Oval A700 one-piece aerobar, Truvativ cranks, Selle Italia Trimatic Gel saddle, FSA integrated headset in a 11/8" Hammerhead headtube, and S-bend chainstays. and 650 Velomax Vista wheels.  I ride a 54cm Varese with the 700 wheelset and the weight is 20.02 lbs and thats with my pedals. Frames with the 650 weelset will be even lighter. I love my bike! I did not expect it to be this nice at this at this price. I have some additional photos of mine if you would like to see them. Javelin is getting out of the complete bike buisness and will be focusing on building high end frames only. So they are clearing out their warehouse at deeply discounted prices.
