Most all golf kart’s are restricted to a safe off the road or golf course speed and as a non licensed vehicle when used on the streets in closed communities. Some of the better brands of carts are easily capable, when modified, of speeds up to 35 to 40 mph and are safe to use at these speeds. See below.  Yes, this is not inexpensive but when you see the quality of this unit you will understand how this small factory is selling them just about as fast as they are making them.   The Factory's Selling price (The best price I could get on a no trade quote) was $20,295 with the exact same equippment. They did offer free freight if I was willing to wait untill they had a show in my area or were delivering other carts close to me.
