I will work with the winning bidder to arrange a tee time at the course of your choice.  Here's how: within a day or so of the auction ending, you'll need to let me know the course that you want to play, and give me three choices of dates / times (early morning, late morning, early afternoon, etc.).  You can typically make tee times two to four weeks in advance (each course has its own rules).  I will arrange the tee times.  I have always received my first choice, but they don't guarantee that you'll get a time on the date you want at the course you want.  As soon as the time is set, I will FedEx you the vouchers that you'll need to present at the Pro Shop when you check in.
